- Abstract
- 본 연구는 모바일 SNS 앱에 대한 소비자 만족도 및 지속적 사용의도를 높이기 위해 이용률 높은 모바일SNS 앱의 개발을 발전시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 수행을 위해 선행연구 고찰을 통해변수들을 선정하고 이를 바탕으로 설문지 작성 및 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0과 AMOS 25.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰성 및 타당성 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식과 회귀분석 등을 통한 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 의하면 기업들은 모바일 SNS 앱을 연구 및 개발 시 사용자의 특정요구를충분히 충족시키는 동시에 앱의 이용요인을 고려할 필요가 있다. 앱 시장의 빠른 성장과 개발 진행주인앱들 중에서 개발자들은 모바일 SNS 앱의 기술적, 품질적, 사회적 차원의 요인들을 종합하여 고객의 만족도에가장 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있는 핵심 요소를 파악해야 한다. 모바일 SNS 앱의 개발 시 사용자의 만족도와습관을 관찰해야 함이 목적은 효율적 마케팅의 전략이라고 볼 수 있다. 또한 기업들은 모바일 SNS 앱에서광고나 다른 마케팅 홍보 전략을 활용할 때 오락성을 방해 않지 않도록 주의하여 혹은 재미있는 유머, 흥미로운 콘텐츠를 제공하면 오히려 만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것으로 생각되어진다.
