- Abstract
- To achieve organizational performance in sports facilities, it is necessary to establish a positive organizational culture that includes job satisfaction. To do this, it can be said that the formation of leader's trust, grit for long-term goal achievement, and self-esteem that recognizes how valuable one is needed. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effect of leader trust and self-esteem on grit in sports facilities (theme), and then to verify whether the relationship with job satisfaction appears in the form of direct or indirect (mediated effect).
As a result, first, it was confirmed that leader trust affects self-esteem and grit. However, it did not directly affect job satisfaction. Second, it was found that self-esteem affects grit, but it is not a variable that directly affects job satisfaction. Third, in the case of Grit, it was verified that it directly affects job satisfaction and at the same time plays a “complete and mediating” role in the relationship between leader trust, self-esteem, and job satisfaction.
