Abstract

Improve the level of economic development and culture was the background to the development of sport as one of the service industry. In addition, sport has been recognized as a means of education. So also it increased sports services program for children. The importance and significance of sport in the sports industry education was a guarantee of diversity and strengthening leadership capacities of sports facilities for commercial application. Among these, the study was designed to explore the educational and commercial operations of commercial and sport education services for children. Commercial sports facility has more of an effect on the operating philosophy of the program leaders. So the leadership of the organization, moderator investigate in detail the impact of sports facilities operation. The research method utilized for this study was in-depth interviews. Result of identifying by using an in-depth discussion is as follows. Registration formation process of creating a relationship- oriented leadership is ‘to face’ ‘to listen’, ‘understanding’, ‘communicating’, ‘to continue’, ‘extend’. Use the measurement tools and research confirming the relationship of leadership are many. But studies have identified relationships leadership with respect to the developer acting in accordance with the flow of time is insufficient. Thus, it was possible to achieve the meaning and purpose of the study effectively.
