- Abstract
- 본 연구는 학점은행제(Credit Bank System) 제도 개선에 대한 요구분석을 실시하여 평생교육담당자와 학습자 간의 의견 차이를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 학점은행제 관련 선행연구들을 분석하여 학점은행제 제도 개선을 위한 방안들을 도출하였다. 다음으로 평생교육담당자 302명과 학습자 508명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 학점은행제 제도 개선에 대한 현재수준과 미래수준의 차이를 분석하였다. 그리고 각 요구에 대해 Borich 교육 요구도 분석과 the Locus for Focus 모델을 활용하여 우선순위를 도출하였다. 평생교육담당자와 학습자의 요구의 차이점을 바탕으로 향후 학점은행제 제도 개선을 위해 시사점들을 제안하였다.
