네트워크 분석과 메타 분석을 통한 공급사슬통합 연구

Abstract

기업의 환경이 점차 복잡해지고 고객의 요구가 다양해지면서 기업 간의 경쟁은 공급사슬 간의 경쟁으로 확대되어가고 있으며, 이에 따라 공급사슬통합은 기업 경쟁력의 주요 요인으로 인식되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공급사슬통합을 주제로 네트워크 분석 및 메타 분석을 보완적으로 실시하여 공급사슬통합 관련 과거 연구들을 보다 총체적인 관점에서 분석하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 대표적 학술 데이터베이스인 Scopus로부터 Impact factor가 3.0 이상인 공급사슬통합 관련 연구 249편을 수집하였고, 인용 분석 및 키워드 네트워크 분석을 통해 공급사슬통합의 주요 영역 및 그에 따른 기업 성과를 선정하였다. 그 후 과거 연구들에서 일관되지 않게 나타나는 공급사슬통합과 기업 성과 간의 관계를 재검증하기 위해 메타 분석을 보완적으로 실시하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 공급사슬통합이 기업 성과를 향상시키는 주요 원인임을 파악하였다.

As the business environment becomes increasingly complex and customer needs become diversified, supply chain integration, in particular, is being recognized as a major factor for maintaining a firm’s competitiveness. We conduct a comprehensive analysis of literature on supply chain integration using the network analyses and a meta-analysis. Specifically, we collect the most influential 249 papers from the Scopus database whose impact factors are more than 3.0. Then, we reveal the main areas of supply chain integration and firms’ performance based on the citation network analysis and the keyword network analysis. Furthermore, we perform a meta-analysis to compensate for the inconsistent results in existing research. As a result, we can confirm that supply chain integration is one of the most critical factors improving firms’ business performance.
