- Abstract
- This study investigated mediating effects on the structural relation among human resources (HR) policy and practices, supervisor support, and subjective career success for female Korean managers in industries including manufacturing, wholesale and retail, finance, and service. The study utilized the fifth Korean Women Manager Panel dataset (N = 1627). Results indicate a positive association between HR policy and practices and supervisor support and work meaningfulness and subjective career success. Work meaningfulness was also positively related to subjective career success. Finally, work meaningfulness mediated the relation among HR policy and practices, supervisor support, and subjective career success.
