- Abstract
- 부정 유합은 해부학적 및 역학적 축의 변화로 인해 외관상의 문제뿐만 아니라 퇴행성 관절염 등의 합병증을 유발할 수 있으며, 이를 예방하기 위해 교정 절골술이 필요할 수 있다. 교정 절골술은 절단면의 모양에 따라 크게 직선형(straight type)과 반구형(dome type)으로 구분할 수 있으며, 직선형은 개방 또는 폐쇄 쐐기를 통해 변형을 교정한다. 술자는 각각의 절골술의 적응증, 수술 술기 및 장, 단점을 잘 이해하고 있어야 되며, 절골술의 선택은 변형의 정도, 연부조직의 상태, 관절과의 인접 여부, 내고정 삽입물의 종류, 술자의 경험 등을 고려하여 가장 적절한 절골 방법을 선택한다.
