Abstract
HIghly accelerated lfie test (HALT) employs extremely harsher stresses than field use envirionments to early detect design weakness of the products for the purpose of design improvement. Generally, based on small-sized testing samples, the distribution of failure times from HALT can be modeled stress-strength theory.
