- Abstract
- 논문은 2-비트 4-레벨 셀 NAND 플래시 메모리에서 발생하는 인접 셀 간섭으로 인한 심벌 오류를 낮추기 위한 문턱 전압 제어 기법을 소개한다. 특정 셀의 프로그램 상태의 전압 분포를 가우시안 mixture로 가정하고, 인접 셀 간섭을 확률 모델링한다. 확률 모델을 이용하여 셀 간섭이 발생한 후의 문턱 전압을 우도(likelihood) 함수를 이용하여 찾아 문턱 전압 제어에 이용하여 셀 간섭 후 발생하는 오류를 최소화 한다.
