전조 단계를 고려한 협력 스크립트 지원이 CSCL(컴퓨터기반 협력학습) 토론 활동에 미치는 영향과 조절 양상 탐색

Abstract

연구 목적: 본 연구는 CSCL 토론 활동에서 전조 단계를 고려한 협력 스크립트 제공이 토론 활동 결과에 미치는 영향과 토론 활동 중 나타난 조절 양상을 분석하고자 한다. 연구 방법: 전조 단계에 인지와 정서, 경험과 관심을 묻는 협력 스크립트를 제공한 실험집단과 스크립트를 제공하지 않은 통제집단을 비교하고 토론과 인터뷰를 질적 방법으로 분석했다. 연구 내용: 실험집단은 통제집단보다 주관적 성과, 팀워크, 조절노력 정도가 높게 나타났다. 인터뷰 분석 결과 자기･협력･공유조절이 모두 나타났으며 10개의 조절 전략도 확인되었다. 결론 및 제언: 연구 결과는 CSCL 토론 활동에서 효과적인 협력학습이 이뤄지기 위해서 전조 단계에서부터 이를 고려한 지원 도구를 활용할 수 있도록 활동 설계가 되어야 함을 시사한다.

Purpose: This study aims to explore the effect of collaboration script considering presage in CSCL discussion activities result and pattern of learner’s regulation. Method: The experimental group that provided the collaboration script for cognition, emotion, experience, and interest in the presage was compared with the control group. the discussion and interview was analyzed in a qualitative method. Result: The experimental group showed higher subjective performance, teamwork, and regulation efforts than the control group. As a result of the interview analysis, Self-, Co-, Shared-regulation were found and 10 regualtioon strategies were identified,Discussion: Based on the research results, to be effective collaborative learning in CSCL, the Activity should be designed to use support tools considering the presage.
