Abstract
The ventilation hole in the core of the inverter driven induction motor with high power, small size and light weight, should be designed for improving cooling capacity. In this paper, the analysis method by FEM in designing ventilation holes is presented by considering the magnetic saturation effect due to ventilation holes.
