- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to analyze the operation status of the Art Day in the Free Semester Program and to explore more effective management plan for continuous operation in the future. In order to achieve the purpose of the research, FCM (Fuzzy Cognitive Map) which is a useful tool for decision making was used to identify the most important factors in the operation of the Art Day and to apply the simulation to actual school cases. As a result of the research, it was found that learner consideration and operation support were important in FCM, so that the Art Day should be operated based on the model centered on learners and this model should actively support the operation of the program.
