- Abstract
- 이 연구의 목적은 크루즈 관광의 물리적 및 사회적 서비스 스케이프가 지각된 가치, 전반적 만족, 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 조사방법은 설문조사를 이용하였으며 316부의 유효표본을 확보하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 물리적 서비스 스케이프의 기내오락물, 시설, 배치와 사회적 서비스 스케이프의 상호작용(관광자-직원), 직원 서비스는 관광자가 가치를 형성하는 데 긍정적인 역할을 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 물리적 서비스 스케이프의 기내오락물, 시설과 사회적 서비스 스케이프의 상호작용(관광자-직원), 직원 서비스는 전반적 만족 형성에 중요한 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 지각된 가치는 전반적 만족과 행동의도에 중요한 선행요인으로 나타났으며 전반적 만족은 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 상호작용을 통한 유대감 형성이 중요하며, 선박 내 다양한 시설 배치가 행동의도를 끌어낼 수 있다는 점을 시사한다.
