- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 팀 역할 균형 이론(Team Role Balance theory)에 기반을 둔 TREO(Team Role Experience and Orientation) 측정도구를 번안 및 타당화하는 데 있다. 타당화 방법으로 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석뿐만 아니라 문항반응이론에 기초한 Rasch 모형을 활용한 문항 곤란도 및 문항 적합도를 검토하였다. 6요인(Organizer, Doer, Challenger, Innovator, Team Builder, Connector) 48문항으로 구성된 TREO는 지향성24문항과 경험 24문항으로 구성되어 있기 때문에 연구진 및 외부 전문가에 의해 중복을 최소화한 24 문항으로 간소화 작업을 거쳤다. 국내 L건설사를 대상으로 2회에 걸쳐 표본을 수집하였고, 표본 1에대해 Rasch 모형, 탐색적 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석이 수행되었고, 표본 2에 대해 확인적 요인분석이수행되었다. 최종적으로 모든 기준을 충족한 6요인 18문항으로 구성된 TREO short version을 개발하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 시사점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
