- Abstract
- This study aims to define short-term exchange and long-term relationship factor in B2B interaction service quality and test the relationship between the short-term exchange, long-term relationship and transaction performance. Furthermore, based on the result, suggestion to steel industry on action plan regarding B2B interaction service quality will be made. Through these analysis, long-term relationship factors among B2B interaction service quality factors proved to be of great use. Moreover, Long-term supplier-buyer relationship in steel industry practically affected transaction performance. This study is the first to test the effect of supplier-buyer B2B interaction service quality on transaction performance in steel industry. Also, as the first study to use long-term relationship as indirect path in accordance with steel industry, the implication of this study can be considered significant both academically and practically.
