- Abstract
- 현재 철도 분기부에 누적된 설빙으로 인한 오작동방지를 위해 전기가열 방식의 레일히터를 사용하고 있다. 이는 수 미터, 길게는 수십 미터까지 구성된 분기부의 레일을 직접 가열하여 융설 작업을 진행하는데, 이로 인해 전기적 소모량과열적 손실이 크다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점 보완 및 문제점 해결을 위해 유도가열방식을 적용한 히팅장치를 설계 및 제작을 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 환경 챔버를 활용하여 동절기 강설과 유사한 실험 환경을 모사하여 유도가열방식 히팅장치의 발열 및 융설 성능 실험을 수행하였다.
