가상현실을 활용한 가상 튜터의 유형과 설계 방법에 대한 인지와 감정 요소 탐색

Abstract

가상현실 기반에서 활용되는 가상 튜터는 최신 프로그램 기술로 개발되어 높은 수준의 의인화된 자각이 이뤄진다. 학습 상황에서 학습자는 의식적인 정보 처리와 감정적인 처리가 복합적으로 이뤄지기 때문에, 사회적 단서와 정서적 단서를 고려한 설계 방법이 통합적으로 이뤄져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 가상현실에서 활용될 수 있는 가상 튜터의 유형을 확인하고, 사회적 단서로 연결되는 인지와 정서적 단서로 연결되는 감정의 설계 요소를 탐색하기 위한 목적이 있다. 가상 튜터의 유형과 설계 요소를 탐색하기 위해 코로나19 비대면 학습이 강화됨에 따라 가상현실 연구가 확대된 2019년부터 2022년 5월 11일까지 국내 튜터 문헌 연구를 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 가상 튜터는 인지적 과정을 촉진하며, 감정을 자극하여 효과적인 학습을 지원하는 상호작용 도구임이 논의되었고, 가상현실을 활용하는 범위에 따라 구조화된 문제와 비구조화된 문제 상황에 다양하게 활용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Virtual reality tutors are developed with the latest technology to ensure anthropomorphic awareness. A design method that incorporates social and emotional cues should be incorporated because learners complexly perform conscious information and emotional processing. Our study attempts to identify the different types of virtual tutors that appear in virtual reality and to explore how cognitive and emotional factors connect to social and emotional cues. Based on COVID-19, studies from 2019 through May 11, 2022, were analyzed to examine virtual tutor and design factors. The findings of this study indicate that virtual tutors are an appropriate interactive tool that facilitates the cognitive process and stimulates emotion to support effective learning. Virtual reality tutors can also be used in a variety of structured and unstructured situations based on the use of virtual reality.
