Abstract
This paper presents a fault diagnosis algorithm of an aileron of a small aircraft through analyzing the vibration signal of an accelerometer and RPM signal and using ANPSD, PCA and dual threshold method. The flight test of a actual aircraft was performed to construct a normal state database and to verify this algorithm. As a result, the possibility to apply this algorithm to an actual aircraft could be confirmed.
