Abstract
연구의 목적은 전략적 기반 데이터를 제공하는 것이다. 2015년부터 2023년까지 아시안컵에 출전한 한국과 일본 여자농구팀의 경기 데이터를 활용하여 기술 통계의 구조적 차이를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 자료는 국제농구연맹(FIBA) 공식 홈페이지에서 제공한 경기 기록을바탕으로, 기초 기술 지표 21개와 공식 산식을 통해 도출된 고급 파생 지표 11개를 포함하였다. 분석은 MS Excel과 IBM SPSS 27.0을 사용하였으며, 우선적으로 국가(한국/일본)와 기술 유형(공격/수비)을 요인으로 설정한 이원분산분석(two-way ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 국가, 기술 유형, 상호작용 항목 모두 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며(p>.05), 이에 따라 각 변인을 대상으로 독립표본 t검정(유의수준 .05)을 실시하였다. 연구 결과보면 기초 기술 지표에서는 득점(PTS), 슛 성공률(FG%), 2점슛 성공수(2PTSM), 3점슛 성공수(3PTSM), 3점슛 성공률(3PTS%), 어시스트(AST), 턴오버(TO) 등의 공격 지표와 수비 리바운드(DREB), 개인 파울(PF), 가로채기(STL), 실점(LPTS) 등 수비지표에서 유의한 차이가 확인되었다. 또한 고급 지표에서는 자유투 비율(FTR%), 공격 효율성(ORtg), 수비 효율성(DRtg), 순 효율성(NRtg), 유효 성공율(EFG%), 실제 성공율(TS%), 수비 리바운드율(DREB%), 턴오버율(TOV%) 등에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이 결과는 한국 여자농구팀이 기술적 보완과 전략적 개선을 통해 국제무대에서의 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 실질적 방향성을 제시한다는 점에서학문적으로 실천적 의의를 갖다.
The purpose of this study was to provide strategic foundational data to enhance the international competitiveness of the Korean women's basketball team by analyzing structural differences in technical statistics using game data from the Asian Cup matches between Korea and Japan from 2015 to 2023. The data were collected from official game records provided by the International Basketball Federation (FIBA), and the analysis included 21 basic technical indicators and 11 advanced derived indicators calculated using standard formulas. Data processing was conducted using MS Excel and IBM SPSS 27.0. A two-way ANOVA was first performed, with "nation" (Korea/Japan) and "technical category" (offense/defense) set as factors. The results revealed no statistically significant differences for the main effects or the interaction term (p>.05). Consequently, independent sample t-tests (significance level .05) were conducted for each individual variable to identify specific differences. The results showed statistically significant differences in basic offensive indicators such as points (PTS), field goal percentage (FG%), two-point field goals made (2PTSM), three-point field goals made (3PTSM), three-point percentage (3PTS%), assists (AST), and turnovers (TO), as well as in defensive indicators including defensive rebounds (DREB), personal fouls (PF), steals (STL), and points allowed (LPTS). In the advanced metrics, significant differences were found in free throw rate (FTR%), offensive rating (ORtg), defensive rating (DRtg), net rating (NRtg), effective field goal percentage (EFG%), true shooting percentage (TS%), defensive rebounding percentage (DREB%), and turnover percentage (TOV%). These findings suggest practical and academic implications, providing strategic direction for the Korean women's basketball team to enhance its international competitiveness through technical refinement and tactical improvements.
