대학생의 완벽주의적 자기제시와 대인불안의 관계에서 기본심리욕구 충족의 조절효과

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 완벽주의적 자기제시와 대인불안 간 관계에서 기본심리욕구 충족의 조절효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 대학생 339명을 대상으로 완벽주의적 자기제시 척도, 기본심리욕구 척도, 대인불안 척도를 통해 설문을 실시하였다. 총 339부의 자료를 SPSS 25 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 기본심리욕구 하위변인 중 ‘유능성 욕구’와 ‘관계성 욕구’의 조절효과를 확인하였다. 유능성 욕구의 충족이 높은 조건에서는 완벽주의적 자기제시 하위변인‘불완전함 은폐노력-행동적’이 커질수록 대인불안이 증가하였으며. 관계성 욕구의 충족이 높은 조건에서 완벽주의적 자기제시 하위변인 ‘완벽주의적 자기노력’이 커질수록 대인불안이 감소하였다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 상담 장면에서의 시사점 및 연구의 제한점, 후속연구를 위한 제언에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of basic psychological needs satisfaction in relationship between perfectionistic self-presentation and social anxiety in college students. To verify this, the survey was conducted on 339 university students through PSPS-K, Basic Psychological Needs Scale in korea style, IAS. The data from 339 undergraduates were examined by using SPSS 25 program. The results of this study say the followings. Through this study, the moderating effect of ‘need for competence’ and ‘need for relatedness’among the sub-variables of basic psychological needs were confirmed. under the condition where satisfaction of ‘need for competence’is high, social anxiety increases as 'Nondisplay of Imperfection' increases. And as the level of satisfaction of ‘need for relatedness’ is high, social anxiety increases as 'Nondisplay of Imperfection' decreases. Based on these results, the implications for counseling scene and limitations of this study and suggestions for follow-up research are discussed.
