Abstract
본 연구는 서울시 426개 행정동을 대상으로 어린이공원 공급의 형평성과 효율성을 분석하고, 입지 특성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하였다. Coulter 계수를 활용해 형평성을 평가한 결과, 서울시 전체적으로는 형평한 공급이 이루어지는 것으로 나타났으나, 절대 기준(어린이 1인당 2m2)에서는 다수 지역의 형평성이 취약한 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 DEA를 통해 파악한 효율성에 있어서도 효율적인 운영이 이루어지는 행정동이 전체의 약 5%에 불과한 것으로 나타났다. 이항로지스틱 회귀분석 결과 평균소득과 주거지역 비율은 어린이공원 밀집 가능성을 높이는 반면, 평균 공시지가, 노인인구 비율, 생활인구 밀도는 밀집도를 낮추는 요인으로 확인되었다.
This study analyzed the equity and efficiency of children's park provision across 426 administrative districts (dong) in Seoul and identified factors influencing their locational characteristics. Using the Coulter coefficient, equity was found to be generally maintained across Seoul; however, based on the absolute standard of 2m2 per child, many areas were identified as having weak equity. In addition, the DEA analysis revealed that only about 5% of administrative districts were efficient in terms of performance. Binary logistic regression analysis confirmed that average income and residential area ratio increase the likelihood of children's park concentration, while average official land price, elderly population ratio, and living population density were identified as factors that decrease the concentration levels.
