Abstract
본 연구는 대학생의 거부 민감성과 학교생활소진의 관계에서 외로움의 매개효과를 확인하고 이러한 매개효과가 자기격려의 수준에 따라 변화하는지 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 200명(남 100명, 여 100명)을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였고, spss 21.0 프로그램과 Process Macro 3.5를 활용하여 분석을 하였다. 분석결과, 첫째 거부 민감성이 학교생활소진을 예측하는 직접효과는 정적으로 유의하였고, 거부 민감성이 외로움을 매개로 하여 간접적으로 학교생활소진에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 거부민감성과 외로움의 관계를 자기격려가 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 거부민감성이 학교생활소진과의 관계에서 외로움의 매개효과가 자기격려에 의해서 조절되는 것으로 나타나 조절된 매개효과가 지지되었다. 이는 거부민감성이 외로움을 거쳐 학교생활소진에 이르는 경로가 자기격려에 의해 완화됨을 시사한다. 이를 토대로, 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의하였다.
This study aimed to examine the mediating effect of loneliness in the relationship between rejection sensitivity and College Student burnout and to verify the moderating effect of self-encouragement on the impact of rejection sensitivity on College Student burnout. An online survey was conducted with 200 university students (100 males, 100 females), and the data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and Process Macro 3.5. The results revealed that, first, rejection sensitivity had a significant positive direct effect on Collge Student burnout, and it also indirectly affected Collge Student burnout through the mediation of loneliness. Second, self-encouragement was found to moderate the relationship between rejection sensitivity and loneliness. Third, the mediating effect of loneliness in the relationship between rejection sensitivity and College student burnout was moderated by self-encouragement, supporting the moderated mediation effect. These findings suggest that the pathway from rejection sensitivity to College student burnout through loneliness can be mitigated by self-encouragement. Based on these results, the implications and limitations of the study were discussed.
