Abstract
This study examined how different facets of psychological collectivism (preference, reliance, concern, norm acceptance, goal priority) influence airline cabin crews’ organizational and work Adaptability, as well as how these two variables relate to retention intention. As a result of the data analysis, it was found that cabin crews’ psychological collectivism had a positive effect on organizational and work adaptability. In addition, both organizational and work adaptability played an important role in improving retention intention. Furthermore, organizational and work adaptability partially mediated the relationship between psychological collectivism and retention intention. These results provide theoretical and practical implications for human resource management.
