에너지 토크 콘서트의 교육적 효과와 사회적 인식 변화 - 다문화적 관점을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구에서는 에너지 토크 콘서트의 만족도 분석을 통해 다문화적 배경 참가자들에게 미친 교육적 효과와 사회적 인식 변화를 조사하였다. 다문화 사회에서 에너지 교육의 필요성은 충분히 인식되지 못하고 있으며, 기존의 에너지 교육은 주로 기술적 정보와 전문가 중심으로 이루어져 일반 대중, 특히 다문화적 배경의 사람들에게 효과적으로 전달되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 만족도 문항을 바탕으로 프로그램 참여 후 교육적 성과와 사회적 인식변화를 분석하였다. 프로그램의 난이도, 강연자의 전문성, 교육환경 평가를 통해 다문화적 배경에 따른 교육적 성과 차이를 파악하고, 에너지 전환 및 재생에너지에 대한인식과 수용 방식을 탐구하였다. 연구 결과, 다문화적 요소를 반영한 교육 프로그램과정책적 지원이 에너지 전환을 위한 사회적 인식과 행동 변화를 촉진하는 데 필수적임이 확인되었다

This research analyzes the educational impact and social perception changes experienced by participants from multicultural backgrounds through satisfaction surveys of the Energy Talk Concert. Energy education in multicultural societies is not sufficiently recognized, often focusing on technical information and experts, making it less effective for the general public. The paper examines educational outcomes and perception changes after participation, exploring differences based on multicultural backgrounds and attitudes toward energy transition and renewable energy. Results emphasize the need for inclusive education programs and policy support to promote societal awareness and behavioral change for energy transition.
