- Abstract
- In this work, the graphene oxide and silver nanowire were coated on PET substrate using bar coater and welded via combined flash light irradiation to achieve high electrical conductive and low haze. The coated graphene oxide and silver nanowire films were welded at room temperature and under ambient conditions using an in-house flash light sintering system. The effects of graphene oxide and silver nanowire weight fraction and the flash light irradiation conditions (light energy and pulse duration) were investigated. Surfaces of the welded graphene oxide and silver nanowire films were analyzed using a scanning electron microscope (SEM). Also, optical characterization such as transmittance and haze was measured using spectrophotometer. High conductivity graphene oxide and silver nanowire film (28.5 Ω/sq) with high transmittance (89.5%) and low haze (0.95%) were obtained through welding using flash light process at room temperature and under ambient conditions.
