- Abstract
- 본 연구는 발달장애아의 비장애 동생인 초등학교 5학년 여아의 모래놀이치료 사례이다. 아동은 오빠를 돌보느라 바쁜 어머니로부터 충분한 사람을 받지 못했다고 토로하였으며, 오빠와 자신을 늘 비교하고 어머니가 차별한다고 여겨 어머니의 사랑을 늘 확인한다고 하였다. 학교에서 실시한 검사에서도 아동이 능력에 비해 자신감이 부족하고 우울감이 높게 보고되어 이러한 정서적 어려움을 주호소 문제로 모래놀이치료에 의뢰되었다. 상담초기에는 주 1회 50분씩, 중기부터는 월 1회 정도로 모래놀이치료가 진행되었다. 그리고 중학교 1학년 중반까지 총 42회기의 모래놀이치료가 실시되었다. 특히 본 연구는 발달장애아의 비장애 형제의 모래놀이치료 과정을 분석한 결과, Neumann, Kalff의 심리발달 이론인 ‘동식물 단계’, ‘투쟁의 단계’, ‘집단에의 적응 단계’를 따른다는 것을 확인하였다.
