- Abstract
- 본 연구는 우리나라의 민족학박물관 건립 시에 필요한 프로그램의 방향성을 제안하기 위하여 네덜란드, 독일, 멕시코, 영국, 일본의 국립민족학박물관 사례를 중심으로 전시, 교육, 운영, 지역연계 프로그램을 조사 분석 하였다. 조사는 현지 방문을 통한 인터뷰 및 이메일 인터뷰로 실시하였고, 분석에 따른 제언은 다음과 같다. 1) 전시프로그램은 대륙별 비교전시를 제안하며, 구체적으로 문화 컨텐츠는 생업, 생활양식, 표현문화, 종교와 세계관, 권력관계, 표현문화, 개발문화가 필수적이다. 2) 교육프로그램은 연령이나 수준에 맞게 프로그램이 구성되어야 하며, 구체적인 교육프로그램을 본문에 제안하였다. 3) 운영프로그램은 도서관, 레스토랑, 카페, 뮤지엄숍 운영이 필수적이며, 이 외에 재정적인 부분을 충당하기 위한 부가적인 서비스 운영을 제안하며, 전문연구원 및 교수인력이 필요하다. 4) 지역연계프로그램은 그 나라의 특징과 지역의 특징을 고려하여 프로그램이 구성해야 하며, 지역사회 및 지역민의 기대효과에 부응할 수 있어야 한다.
