- Abstract
- 이 연구는 사회복지시설종사자들의 외향성, 성실성과 직무 스트레스의 관계, 그리고 외향성,성실성과 직무 스트레스 간의 관계에서 정서지능의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 연구대상은 사회복지시설에 근무하는 사회복지시설종사자 196명이었다. 측정도구로는 성격요인 척도(한국판HEXACO 성격검사), 정서지능 척도(WLEIS), 한국인 직무 스트레스 척도(KOSS)가 사용되었다. 이연구를 통해 나타난 결과는 첫째, 사회복지시설종사자의 외향성과 성실성이 높을수록 직무 스트레스 경험 수준이 낮았다. 둘째, 사회복지시설종사자의 성격과 직무 스트레스 간 관계에서 정서지능의 완전매개효과가 있었다. 이 결과와 관련하여 이 연구의 함의와 한계점을 논의하고 후속연구에 대해 제언하였다.
