- Abstract
- We demonstrate a highly efficient red cadmium-free quantum dot light-emitting diode (QLED) with Zn(acrylate)-treated ZnMgO nanoparticles as an electron transport layer. As-fabricated QLED exhibits maximum external quantum efficiency of 12.0% and luminance of 16954 cd/m2. © 2022. John Wiley and Sons Inc. AIAA. All rights reserved.
