- Abstract
- 본 논문에서는 TFT-LCD 모듈의 수명을 예측하기 위해 온도를 가속 인자로 사용하여 TFT-LCD 모듈의 가속 시험을 진행하였다. 가속 수명 시험 조건에서 TFT-LCD 모듈의 열화에 의한 고장 유형으로 패널 얼룩이 발생하였다. 주위 온도 50℃와 60℃에서의 가속 시험에서 TFT-LCD 모듈의 얼룩에 대한 활성화 에너지는 0.95 eV이였고 아레니우스 모형을 사용한 주위 온도 50℃와 60℃에서의 가속 계수는 7.55 및 16.6이였다. 이를 이용하여 예측한 TFT-LCD 모듈의 화면 얼룩 발생에 대한 평균 수명은 상온에서 2.92년이였다.
