Abstract
본연구의목적은코엑스전시컨벤션센터의기업성과, 서비스품질, 고객만족도간의관계를분석하는것이다. 본연구에서는서비스품질요인들로전문성, 창의성, 대응성, 지원성, 쾌적성, 심미성등6가지요인들이활용되었다. 연구결과는다음과같다. 첫째, 전문성, 창의성, 대응성, 쾌적성, 심미성요인들은고객만족도에유의한정의영향을미치는것으로조사되었다. 둘째, 전문성, 창의성, 대응성, 지원성, 쾌적성요인들은코엑스전시컨벤션센터의기업성과에유의한정의영향을미치는것으로조사되었다. 셋째, 고객만족도는코엑스전시컨벤션센터의기업성과에유의한정의영향을미치는것으로조사되었다. 본연구에서조사된6가지서비스품질요인들중에서전문성은고객만족도와기업성과에유의한정의영향을미치는가장중요한요인으로나타났다. 전문전시기획자그리고전문컨벤션기획자등과같은행사기획자들의전문성은수준높은전시회와컨벤션을기획, 관리, 운영하는데필요한전문성으로고객및기업들로부터높게평가되는것으로조사되었다. 전문행사기획자들은전시및컨벤션산업에서고객만족도와기업성과를향상시키는데반드시필요하다. 본연구결과는전시컨벤션센터의기업성과를향상시키고마케팅전략수립과국내전시컨벤션산업의경쟁력을높이는데도움이될것으로판단된다.
