- Abstract
- 본 연구는 정부의 중소건설업체 보호 및 육성 정책의 성과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 2005년부터 7년 간 우리나라 종합건설업체의 공공부문 공사실적을 전수 조사하여 각 연도 Gini 계수를토대로 건설산업의 불균형 정도를 파악하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 2005년부터 매년 건설산업의 불평등이 지속적으로 심화되었으며, 이는 정부의 중소건설업체 보호 및 육성 정책 성과가 미흡하다는 결과로 해석할 수 있다. 중소건설업체 보호 및 육성 정책의 성과 제고를 위해서는 정책 대상을 명확히 할 수 있도록 중소건설업체에 대한 명확한 개념과 범위의 정립, 등급별 유자격자명부의 확대 실시와 정책 담당자의성과관리 의식 배양이 필요함을 제안하였다
