- Abstract
- 이 연구는 산업체에서 근무하는 외국인 근로자들의 급식 이용행태, 이들의 급식 속성 요인 도출 및 이러한 요인들이 급식만족도에 영향을 미치는 정도를 분석하여 회사 식당이나 급식업체 운영자에게 유용한 시사점을 제공하고자 이루어졌다. 178명의 안산지역 외국인 근로자들을 대상으로 설문조사한 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 외국인 근로자의 산업체 급식 속성 요인은 음식의 질, 인적서비스, 청결성의 3개 요인으로 도출되었다. 또한, 산업체 급식 속성요인들 중에서 음식의 질과 인적서비스 요인만이 급식만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 세부적으로는 급식만족도에 있어 음식의 질이 인적서비스보다 더 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 이 연구는 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 학문적․실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.
