Abstract
The purpose of this study was to improve the course evaluation questions of S University to reflect the changes in educational environments. The Delphi method was used to achieve this. First, the components and contents of the course evaluation questions of S University and 21 other universities were analyzed, and a list of 87 preliminary questions (48 common, 39 course-specific) was generated. Then, a two-round Delphi study was conducted with a panel of 20 experts who had research or work experience related to course evaluation to establish consensus on the preliminary questions. Based on the results of the first round, the mean, standard deviation, agreement, convergence, and CVR of the expert views were calculated, and the appropriateness of the questions was reviewed according to the researchers' criteria. This resulted in 65 questions being retained (32 common, 33 course-specific). After the results of the second round of the Delphi study, 35 final questions were selected (15 common, 20 course-specific). This study is expected to provide implications not only for S University, but also for other universities planning to improve course evaluation questions.
