- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 다문화 청소년의 학교 진로교육이 진로태도에 미치는 영향과 외국인 어머니의 진로지지에 따른조절효과를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국청소년정책연구원에서 구축하는 다문화청소년패널조사의 원자료에서외국인 어머니와 한국인 아버지를 둔 1,073명의 다문화 청소년 표본을 선별하여 기술통계 분석 및 일련의 선형회귀분석을 수행하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화 청소년의 학교 진로교육은 진로태도에 정적으로유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 학교 진로교육에 더 많이 참여할수록 진로태도의 수준이 높아졌다. 둘째, 외국인 어머니의진로지지는 다문화 청소년의 학교 진로교육이 진로태도에 미치는 영향을 조절했다. 외국인 어머니의 진로지지 수준이높아질수록 다문화 청소년의 학교 진로교육이 진로태도에 미치는 정적 영향이 증가하는 강화 조절효과가 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 다문화 청소년의 진로태도 형성을 지원하기 방안에 대하여 논의하였다.
