- Abstract
- 본 연구는 자아존중감의 매개효과와 또래지지의 조절된 매개효과에 초점을 두고, 학교 밖 청소년의 미래에 대한 생각이 진로장벽에 미치는 영향의 분석을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구는 한국청소년정책연구원에 의해서 만들어진 학업중단 청소년 패널조사의 원자료에서 415명의 표본을 선정하고, SPSS Process macro의 모델 4와 8을 활용하여 매개효과 및 조절된 매개효과 각각을 분석하였다. 본 연구는, 첫째, 학교 밖 청소년의 미래에 대한 생각의 수준이 진로장벽의 수준과 부적으로 관련이 됨을 발견했다. 즉, 미래에 대한 생각이 진로장벽에 있어서 보호역할을 하였다. 둘째, 학교 밖 청소년의 자아존중감이 미래에 대한 생각이 진로장벽에 미치는 영향을 부분 매개하였다. 즉, 미래에 대한 생각의 수준이 자아존중감의 수준을 증가시켰고, 이어서 진로장벽의 수준을 감소시켰다. 셋째, 학교 밖 청소년의 또래지지가 미래에 대한 생각의 진로장벽에 대한 직접적 영향과 자아존중감의 매개효과 모두를 조절하였다. 또래지지의 수준이 증가할 때, 직⋅간접적인 부적 영향 모두가 증가했다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 학교 밖 청소년의 진로장벽을 감소시키기 위한 전략들을 제안하였다.
