- Abstract
- 본 연구는 결혼이민자가정 아버지와의 협력을 통해 유아교사가 경험하는 교육적 노력과 실천은어떠한지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 결혼이주민가정 유아를 지도하고 있는 10명의 유아교사를 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하였다. 면담내용은 녹음, 전사되었고 수집된 전사본을 중심으로 질적분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사는 결혼이주민가정 아버지와 협력하는 과정에서 소통의 어려움을 경험하였다. 이에 따라 교사들은 아버지에게 더 많은 소통을 시도하거나 어머니와 소통하는 모습을 보였다. 둘째, 유아교사는 결혼이주민가정 아버지들의 영유아발달에 부적절한 요구로 인한 어려움을 경험하였다. 교사들은 이러한 요구를 수용하는 것이 교사의 역할이라 여기고 수용하는 모습을 보였다. 반면, 유아의 형평성 차원에서 수용하지 않는 교사의 모습도 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 유아교육기관에서 결혼이주민가정 아버지를 위한 교육의내용과 방향성에 대하여 논의하였다.
