- Abstract
- 본 연구는 예비유아교사의 자기주도학습능력 및 전공선택동기가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향은 어떠한지 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 A대학 예비유아교사 300명을 대상으로 설문지를 배부하여 총 210부의 자료를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 예비유아교사의 자기주도학습능력이 전공만족도에 영향을 미쳤으며 하위변인인 전공기대, 교과만족 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 전공선택동기가 전공만족도에 영향을 미쳤으며 하위변인인 전공기대, 교과만족 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 중심으로 예비유아교사의 자기주도학습능력, 전공만족도 증진 방안을 논의하였다.
