- Abstract
- 본 연구는 보육교사의 공감능력, 정서조절능력, 유아문제행동지도전략 간의 관계와 보육교사의 공감능력과 정서조절능력이 유아문제행동지도전략에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 C지역 어린이집 보육교사 300명을 대상으로 질문조사를 실시하여 총 252부의 질문지가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 활용하여 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사의 공감능력과 정서조절능력, 유아 문제행동지도전략의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과, 보육교사의 공감능력과 유아 문제행동지도전략 간에는 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 보육교사의 공감능력, 정서조절능력이 유아 문제행동지도전략에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 보육교사의 인지적 공감과 정서조절능력이 유아문제행동지도에서의 긍정적 예방 및 반응 전략에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 유아문제행동지도 전략과 보육교사의 공감능력, 정서조절능력을 논의하였다.
