| dc.description.abstract | 급식 서비스 속성과 전반적 급식 만족도 간 대칭적 관계 연구 위주의 기존 연구의 한계를 보완하여 본 연구는 고객만족 세 요인 이론을 적용하여 경기도 시화 반월공단에서 일하는 외국인 근로자를 대상으로 이들의 급식만족 속성이 전반적인 급식만족도에 미치는 영향관계를 비대칭 접근방식으로 조사하였다. 분석결과, 기본요인은 ‘음식의 맛’, ‘음식의 신선도’, ‘식당과 근무지와의 거리’ 로 분류되었으며, 감동요인은 ‘개별요구사항 청취 및 응대’, ‘식탁ㆍ의자의 청결’, ‘식기ㆍ식수대등의 비품청결’ 로 분류되었다. 실행요인은 ‘음식의 간’, ‘식당분위기의 쾌적성’, ‘식당의 냉난방 시설’로 분류되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 외국인 근로자 급식 만족을 높이기 위한 시사점을 논의하였다. | - |
