- Abstract
- 본 연구는 교육복지우선지원사업을 수행하는 지역사회교육전문가와 프로젝트 조정자들이 네트워크 사업을 실시할 때의 어려움과 그 개선 방안을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 교육복지사업을 실시하고 있는 천안시 지역사회교육전문가 4명과 천안과 경기도 교육청에서 근무하는 프로젝트 조정자 4명, 총 8명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 연구 참여자들에게 심층면접 및 서면 인터뷰를 통해 정보를 수집하여 질적 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과 연구 참여자들은 교육복지사업에서 핵심 요소는 ‘교육격차를 위한 전문성’과 ‘지역사회와의 협력’이라고 응답하였고, 네트워크사업의 어려움은 ‘네트워크에 대한 이해’ 부족과 ‘네트워크 운영 체제 부재’라고 응답하였다. 이러한 어려움을 개선하기 위한 방안으로 ‘네트워크에 대한 긍정적 의지와 운영체제’, ‘사례관리 운영체제’ 등이 도출되었다. 본 연구결과에 기초하여 교육복지 네트워크 사업을 활성화 할 수 있는 방안을 제언하였다.
