- Abstract
- 본 연구는 다문화 가정 학업우수 청소년들의 학습역량 촉진과 관련되는 주요 요인들을 탐색함으로써, 학습역량 및 학교적응 증진과 관련된 방안을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 다문화 가정의 학업우수 청소년 12명을 대상으로 면접을 실시하고, 귀납적 주제분석 방법을 적용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 면담자료를 분석한 결과 56개의 개념과 14개의 하위범주, 7개의 범주가 도출되었다. 학습역량을 촉진시키는 주요 요인으로는 한국어 숙달, 학습방법 습득, 학업성취 경험, 촉진적 학습환경, 이중문화 갈등수용, 개인특성, 부모의 양육특성으로 나타났다. 학습역량을 촉진시키는 요인으로 언어습득과 인지적 요인뿐만 아니라 학습을 촉진시키는 주요 타자들의 심리･정서적 환경, 개인적인 특성들이 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 주요 범주를 중심으로 다문화 가정 청소년의 학습역량을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안과 학업상담에 주는 시사점, 연구의 의의 및 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.
