- Abstract
- 본 연구는 재한몽골 이주가정 자녀의 학교생활 적응실태를 알아보고 학교생활 적응에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구문제의 해결을 위해 서울과 경기지역에 거주하는 재한몽골 145명의 아동·청소년을 유의 표집하여 설문조사하였는데, 연구의 주요결과로서 재한몽골 아동·청소년의 학교생활 적응에 영향을 주는 요인으로서 다문화적 특성(외모차이에 대한 인식과 언어 환경)은 학교생활 적응에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 인구사회학적 특성과 다문화적 특성변수의 영향력을 통제한 후에 사회적 지지와 관련된 변인군(교사지지, 친구지지, 가족지지)은 학교생활 적응에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 파악되었다. 연구를 통한 함의로써 재한몽골 아동·청소년을 포함하여 다문화가정 자녀의 학교생활 적응을 도울 수 있는 실천적 함의도 함께 논의되었다.
