- Abstract
- 실시간 이더넷은 고정밀 다중 모터 구동에 여러 가지 장점을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 산업용 실시간 이더넷 표준인 EtherCAT을 이용한 모터 드라이브의 구현과 분석을 소개한다. 개발된 멀티태스크 소프트웨어와 네트워크 인터페이스의 특징을 고려하여 네트워크형 모터 드라이브의 모터 구동에 소요되는 지연시간을 분석한다. 그리고 이러한 지연 분석에 개발된 드라이브에서 실측한 태스크 실행시간을 입력하여 종단간 명령 지연과 비실시간 데이터 처리량을 분석하고 드라이브의 성능 특성을 논의한다.
