- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 교사의 평생학습역량 수준을 예측할 수 있는 변인을 규명하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 서울시 소재 70개교의 초등학교에 근무하는 교사 1,070명의 자료를 수집하여 분석에 이용하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석을 위해서 순서로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 배경 변인 중 평생학습역량 수준을 예측하는 변인은 교직경력과 평생학습경험 등이었다. 둘째, 학습민첩성의 하위변인 중 자기인식, 성장지향성, 사고유연성, 성찰추구, 학습동기 하위변인 중 내적동기, 긍정심리자본의 하위변인 중 낙관성이 유의미한 예측변인이었다. 본 연구의 결과는 초등교사의 평생학습역량 강화를 위해서 연령에 따른 생애주기별 연수의 확대와 지역사회 및 주변으로부터의 다양한 관심과 경험의 확대, 긍정적이며 자유로운 학교 조직문화를 위한 학교관리자 및 경력 교사들의 마인드 제고가 필요함을 시사한다.
