- Abstract
- 본 연구는 유아의 부모 애착, 인지적 유연성 및 심리적 안녕감 간의 관계를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 만4세부터 6세까지의 유아를 둔 부모를 대상으로 자료를 수집하고, 변인 간의 영향 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 유아의 부모 애착은 인지적 유연성 및 심리적 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 인지적 유연성은 심리적 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부모 애착은 인지적 유연성을 매개하여 심리적 안녕감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 유아의 부모애착 수준을 높이고, 인지적 유연성을 강화하여, 유아의 건강한 성장으로 도모할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 한다.
