- Abstract
- 최근 우리 사회는 저출산·고령화의 구조적 심화와 정보기술의 급속한 발전으로 산업구조 및 노동환경이 변화함에 따라 은퇴자의 재취업문제에 관한 논의는 매우 중요할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 은퇴자의 긍정심리자본이 재취업의도에 이르는 경로를 실증분석하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 긍정심리자본으로서 자기효능감과 희망은 경력계획 및 자기효능감과 낙관주의는 경력몰입 관계에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 경력계획은 경력몰입 및 재취업의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 경력계획 및 경력몰입과 재취업의도 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지는 조절적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 은퇴자의 주도적이며 체계적인 경력개발과 이를 통한 경력성공을 위한 이론적 지지와 토대를 제공하고자 한다.
