- Abstract
- 공공관리 패러다임은 공기업의 경영관리 및 기재부의 공공기관 경영평가 결과에 직접적인 영향을 미치기 때문에 중요성이 매우 크다. 이러한 차원에서 본 연구는 1980년대 이후 공공관리 이론으로 주목받았던 신공공관리론, 신공공거버넌스론, 신공공서비스론의 주요 이론적 요소에 대해 검토하였다. 분석결과 이러한 공공관리 이론들은 효율성, 네트워크 그리고 공공서비스라는 차원을 각각 대표하고 있으며 나름대로의 장점과 단점을 갖는 것을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 공기업을 둘러싼 환경변화에 적절히 대응하기 위해서는 공공관리에 대한 통합적이고 다차원적인 이해가 필요함을 제시하였다.
