- Abstract
- 본 연구는 사회복지관 실무자의 이용자중심실천에 실무자요인과 조직요인이 미치는 영향력을 확인하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구수행을 위해 서울, 경기, 인천지역 종합사회복지관 사회복지사 203명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 연구문제 해결을 위해서는 위계적 회귀분석이 실시되었다. 분석결과에서 이용자중심실천 수준에 영향을 미치는 개별변수는 실무자요인의 대인의사소통능력과 조직요인의 혁신적 조직문화 수준으로 파악되었다. 연구결과에 기초한 실천적 함의로서 실무자의 의사소통능력을 강화하는 교육․훈련 프로그램이나 수퍼비전의 확대, 창의성을 촉진하는 조직 내 경험과 이용자의 맥락에 더 반응적인 조직의 변화노력 등이 논의되었다.
