- Abstract
- 본 연구는 단축형 이용자중심실천 척도의 개발과 타당도 확인을 위한 목적으로 수행하였다. 서울, 경기, 인천에 위치한 지역복지관의 사례관리자 150명을 대상으로 조사한 2 차 자료를 활용하여 단축형 척도의 신뢰도, 구성타당도, 수렴타당도, 기준관련 타당도를확인하였다. 연구결과, 10문항으로 축약된 척도의 개별문항들이 이용자중심실천이라는상위개념을 효과적으로 구성 및 측정하는 것으로 나타났고, 수렴타당도와 기준관련 타당도 역시 적절한 수준으로 확인되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 단축형 척도가 사례관리자를포함하여 이용자중심실천을 평가하는 유용한 도구가 될 수 있으며, 더 확대된 맥락에서실증연구에 활용될 수 있다는 점을 논의하였다.
